Armenian cucumbers are elongated, slender, curved, and often irregularly curled, averaging 10-15 inches long. Armenian cucumber’s thin skin ranges from a dark green to light green, and depending on the specific variety it can be textured or smooth with longitudinal furrows and green stripes. Its flesh is crisp, succulent, sweet, and mild with edible seeds, similar to a common cucumber. When they are sliced, Armenian cucumbers give off a scent reminiscent of cantaloupe.
