Herb-Sage (Blue)

For centuries we’ve used herbal Sage from Europe in our culinary dishes. But did you know there is better quality native sage growing right here in California?

This wonderful Blue Sage can be used in place of Garden Sage for culinary purposes except it is stronger so the amount used should be cut significantly. Many of our customers say it’s the best sage they have ever cooked with. We love cooking with it. Plus, it’s a California native.

This sage is also a powerful medicinal. It has been found that a strong tea of Blue Sage is as effective as the Giant White Sage for drying up a runny nose.
