28 Ingredients in Our V28 Juice

Count up the ingredients below to see why we call this V28 juice. The heat from the pepper is great for clearing up congestion.

V28 Juice Ingredients:

  • 1 Jalapeno, ribs and seeds removed (that’s where the heat is)
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 2 medium organic Carrots
  • 3 large organic Red Beets
  • 4 Plum Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Parsley, stems and leaves, chopped and packed into your measuring cup
  • 12 Red Radishes

The jalapeno ingredient can be adjusted to taste. Use either the whole jalapeno, or just half, depending on how much heat you want it. Leave the ribs and seeds in if you want even more heat. Jalapenos aren’t a typical component of juice, but it has many benefits.  They are also rich in Capsaicin, which is not only good for lowering cholesterol, but it also can help with migraine relief, and it classifies jalapenos as a Thermogenic food. Thermogenic foods have the ability to burn fat, so be sure to include some jalapenos in your diet if you wish to lose weight.
