Herb-Oregano

Grown in the Temecula wine country, our fresh Oregano is grown with NO fertilizers, NO herbicides, and NO cultivation.  It is grown in a Permaculture food forest at the herbaceous level where the soil biology is complex and healthy making our Oregano very aromatic and a culinary gem.

Our Oregano (Origanum vulgare) is freshly cut clippings from a small shrubby perennial herb growing 10″ – 30″ tall. Native to the Mediterranean region, Oregano is a flowering plant in the mint family. It displays white flowers in late summer, which are edible. Oregano is stronger dried than fresh.
