Pears-Bosc

Bosc pears are medium to large and are oblong in shape with a rounded bottom with an elongated neck. The thick skin is a golden tan and is covered in rough, brown russeting with some mottling. The off-white to ivory flesh is firm and crisp with an intense honeyed aroma.

When ripe, Bosc pears are crunchy, juicy, and have a very sweet flavor with woodsy spice notes.
