$3.99
Grown in the Temecula wine country, our fresh Rosemary is grown with NO fertilizers, NO herbicides, and NO cultivation. It is grown in a Permaculture food forest where the soil biology is complex and healthy making our Rosemary very aromatic and a culinary gem.
Fresh Rosemary is freshly cut clippings from a small evergreen shrub (Rosmarinus officinalis). Native to the Mediterranean region, Rosemary has dark green, needle-like leaves that have a resinous aroma. It displays blue flowers from late winter through spring, which are edible.
There are two growth types of Rosemary: upright shrub forms, and prostrate forms that will spill down slopes and cascade over walls. Both types can be used for rosemary cuttings.
